HELLO, I'M

Hi, I’m Mohammad.

I build practical web projects while learning how software works.

I’m studying Computer Science at Manchester Metropolitan University and looking for a software engineering internship for summer 2027. Alongside university, I contribute to web projects and work on the IT Help Service Desk.

01 / ABOUT

I enjoy making useful things and working out how they fit together—whether that’s a database, an API or a small detail in an interface.

I’m still early in my career, so I try to learn by building, asking questions and improving things one step at a time. My course has given me a foundation in data structures, object-oriented programming, databases, machine learning and AI.

02 / EXPERIENCE

Website Designer

Manchester Metropolitan University

I contribute updates to the university website through its ticket-based workflow, and build and publish WordPress sites for university departments.

IT Help Service Desk

Manchester Metropolitan University

I support account, access, MFA and device-management requests, and help investigate technical and security-related incidents using tools including Entra ID and Freshservice.

Customer Services Supervisor

IKEA

Coordinating busy shifts, supporting colleagues and solving customer issues in a fast-paced customer-service environment.

03 / PROJECTS

GitHub Repository Analyser In progress

Python · GitHub API · data visualisation

A work-in-progress tool for exploring repository activity, including commits, pull requests, issues and contributors. I’m using it to get more hands-on with APIs, data processing and visualisation.

Budget Tracker

Python · Flask · SQLite

A web app for recording income and expenses, organising transactions into categories and keeping an eye on monthly budgets. I built it to practise taking a simple idea from interface to database.

Study Assistant

Python · AI API · document processing

A study tool where students can upload course material and ask questions about it. It can create summaries, answer questions and generate practice questions from uploaded content.
